Due to discounted resale pricing and the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
This policy applies to all items, including:
- New With Tags (NWT) items
- Pre-loved / secondhand items
- Accessories
- Skincare and personal care products
- Sale or promotional items
Please review all product descriptions, photos, sizing, and details carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions (Store Credit Only)
Returns or refunds for store credit only may be considered solely if:
- You received the incorrect item, or
- The item is significantly not as described
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos for review. Approved cases will be issued store credit only, at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Additional Information
- Skincare, personal care products, and accessories are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons
- We do not accept returns due to fit issues, color preference, or change of mind
- Minor wear consistent with pre-loved items is not considered a defect
- Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen or device settings
