  • All items are sold at discounted or sale pricing
  • Prices may change without notice
  • Payment must be received in full before orders are processed

All Sales Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, including new with tags, accessories, and preloved items, as all items are sold at sale or discounted prices.

We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds.

Exception:
If we send an incorrect item, we will review the issue and provide store credit only, at our discretion. No refunds to original payment methods will be issued.

Preloved items may show minor signs of wear, which are considered part of the item’s character.

Shipping

Processing times, shipping rates, and delivery estimates are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
